Patients Security and Risk Management

The patient’s security and risk management at the hospital are two subjects that we have developed many years ago and for which the administration is devoting its priorities in terms of training and follow-up.
All risks will be addressed and they may be due to incidents-accidents, to the administration of medicines, healthcare procedures, patients’ identification, usage of equipment etc…
Declaration data sheets will be available for the reporting of all kinds of accidents. Patients and families may also report their accidents on the incidents-accidents data sheet “PS-F-01”
A morbidity-mortality committee exists at the hospital and it includes doctors and professionals from different specializations. Their mission is to analyze all declarations of adverse events and to elaborate the appropriate action plans. The Director of the Risk Management Department watches over the right application of this plan.
Patient’s security coordinators are available in each department and they watch over the right application of health care procedures through the adoption of the appropriate auditing in collaboration with the Director of the patient’s security.
