The main goal of the Human Resources department is to meet the hospital’s needs in terms of the staff and to guarantee their integration in an atmosphere that is suitable for work and to lead them to adopt the main values of the hospital.
The Human Resources Department is ready to serve all employees 6 days a week, from Monday to Saturday, from 7: 00 A.M. to 16:00 P.M. For new job applications, the department receives applications of candidates for nursing positions every Wednesday from 13:00 P.M. to 15:00 P.M. and applications of candidates for non-nursing positions every Thursday from 13:00 P.M. to 15:00 P.M. 3. The Recruitment Committee
To recruit "the right person for the right position", a recruitment committee formed by qualified and multidisciplinary staff is in charge of the selection and recruitment. This complex procedure involves several stages: oral interviews with the director of human resources, the direct manager and the recruitment committee, oral and written test in order to reach the final selection. The final recruitment decision is taken collegially and consensually by all interlocutors.
The main functions of the department are to implement a recruitment and orientation policy and guidance, develop skills, manage contracts, to propose a remuneration policy, to develop competencies, to manage employment contracts, to propose a remuneration policy, to manage conflict, but especially to create an atmosphere of healthy and safe work for the development and motivation of staff.
